How to remove the plastic glide strip Seneca 37RB

Hi all I have a 2014 Jayco Seneca 37 RB I need to replace the Flush floor slide out glide strip. In my coach it is 2 1/2 inches wide by 189 inches long it is hard plastic and mounted to the floor of the coach. The slide comes in over top of it and it’s secured to the floor with screws. Can anyone tell me how to lift the slide an inch or two in order to remove this piece? TIA!

Curious if anyone found this glide strip? I'm looking for it too. In the middle of rehabbing our Jayco Seneca. Jayco says they don't make it. Our part number is 017494, any suggestions on where to look? Thank you in advance for any replies.

This? I searched on 'glide strip 017494'. Lots of styles, used also for funeral home casket haulers.
