Jacks

I have a 2013 jayco Melbourne 28f. Please help with any information on how to use the jacks. It states won't work with keys in the ignition. No keys in ignition and the jack panel does nothing when I push any buttons. Panel only lights up with the keys 🔑 in the ignition. The battery is charged and I'm at a loss. For the dealership advised the battery has to be fully charged for jacks to work which makes no sense for what happens if you have to raise the jacks to travel and battery is low. Thanks for helping me.

When operating my jacks, I need to set the parking brake. Try that.
