Thumbs up Jayco stepped up

I want to thank Randy and Jayco for stepping up. They contacted my dealer and gave them some tip, hints and time to reseal a bunch of areas. They also ok'd pulling the driver's side vertical seam and repair it. They found three broken screws, removed those and installed an additional six then resealed it all. I will come up with a solution to seal the big slide out shaft as it starts in the gen bay which is not sealed then goes through sealed storage compartment and ends in the battery bay which is also not sealed so two big areas of dust intrusion. The big test will be next Thursday we hit the same road. Once again thanks, Randy and Jayco we love our Seneca and the service has been great, gord
