Power jacks

Got to our site yesterday and our power jacks at the panel had no power, thus we had no jacks. We have a 26y grey hawk 2018. Where should I look first?

When that happened to me, the ground cable from the pump motor to the motor home frame was broken. It broke at frame end due to a poor factory installation.

Hope this helps.

On ours the fuse is 15 amp and is located below the steering wheel where your knees would hit the plastic panel. Pull the panel out to get off and in the mess of wires look for a fuse holder. Mine was red. Be careful when replacing to not get wires hung in brake pedal. Hope this helps. Safe travels

Enjoy the journey

As trapper said, you may need to remove the lower plastic dash panel to the left of the steering column. Behind it, there will be a mess of a wiring bundle. You should find one inline ato type fuse holder in that bundle. Be careful handling the wiring. There are a number of wires terminated in a large wire nut and it doesn't take much to pull the whole thing apart.

Did you check your pump motor ground?

Is the panel dead? No lights?

And yes - check da' ground, check da' ground, check da' ground. That's what it was for mine too. And for about 300 others on this forum.

I reached out to Lippert Tech support over email and got an immediate response. Fellow was awesome. Walked me through the whole debug and repair.

I took pictures and videos, sent them over.
He could then see what I saw and we got it sorted out quickly.

Sure, if I still have them sure.
But they were just pictures of the underside of the pump.

I was asking him "Should I connect the wire to this lug?" and he'd reply something like "No, it's the next one over..."
