Rear Slide digging into floor

I have a 2016 Seneca. When the rear/bunk/bedroom slide is retracted, it is digging into the flooring in front and back. Has anyone experience this problem with the Seneca and how they fixed the problem.

Continued rear slide digging floor

Hi fellow Jayco owners, to add to this story, took Seneca to an RV repair shop and they said the rear bunk slide was not structurally sound and that someone must have modified it after purchase. Although I purchased used at 6 months old, plastic still on the mattresses. They want to totally remove slide and reinforce it and reinstall. I decided to get a second opinion from Jayco dealership. Does anyone know if a reset on the slide would solve this problem. Thanks all

I don't know if this may be related to what you're experiencing, but it may offer some insight on what to look for or where to start checking:

This was a 2012 model, so maybe not the same issue, but maybe close?
