Refrigerator water shut off valve

Found the residential refrigerator water shut off valve in the 2019 Seneca 37 TS. It’s in the furnace duct area under the refrigerator.

That's a better location than ours where it is behind the exterior lower vent panel. Better because it is more protected in freezing temps. I have ours drained and disconnected since we never use the ice maker anyway (due to water quality concerns).

Mine is behind the bottom drawer in the kitchen next to the fridge. You have to remove the drawer to get to it. I winterize by running antifreeze through the system including the ice maker, so I haven't touched the valve since new...

Ours is also in the lower vent cover area, but they have a heat tape wrapped around it and it is our hope we are never near to cold temps. We did up grade the Truma water heater though.
