Rubber roof cleaning

Before you store your RV do you clean and protect your rubber roof? If yes please share your ideas.

I wash it down with spic and span... then spray 303 protectant and apply with damp sponge mop.

I just wash the whole trailer including the roof, and inspect all the sealant, both on the roof and walls.

I do not use any type of treatment, I feel as it is a waste of $$
