Seneca 2018.5 water/fuel seperator

First filter change @7500 miles (water /fuel separator)all black new filter nice off white How many miles does it take to become black ? the bowl looked to be free of water and debris. oh ya all the information given on this site made the change truly easy, thanks to all of you. I also have spare filters in cargo bays.

I have changed mine twice now at 7k and just did at 14k and they have never been black, just the amber color of the diesel fuel....maybe you got some dirty fuel someplace, I would keep an eye on this one as you put some miles on it.

Not that knowledgeable but their is a difference in the fuel filter and the water/fuel separator.
