Smoke & CO2 detectors

I have a new to me 2012 Melbourne 29D and all of a sudden I am not getting power to my smoke detector and my CO2 detector. Replaced the battery in the smoke detector and that didn't help.
Are these fused?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That is a fire and CO (Carbon Monoxide) detector. Typical lifetime is 5 to 10 years. There should be a date somewhere on it and maybe an expiration date.

If cleaning with air duster or vacuum cleaner and a new battery doesn't work then it is time to replace it. Some automatically alarm at end of life. Look your model up.
