If i use the genny for the house ac while driving do i need to have the invertor on or off? Thank god for this site this is my first trip and it seems I know nothing. Thursday will be the big test and many more questions as i go to the fort at disney and hook up for first time. Thanks for all the help so far!
Am not sure why invertor on or off matters....We run the house AC whenever we need it, while driving, we never turn off a switch while doing so, works just fine.
Per my Redhawk owners manual "INVERTER (IF SO EQUPPED)
Your motor home may be equipped with a factory-installed inverter that converts
12-volt DC current to 120-volt AC current. It is important that you familiarize
yourself with the inverter function and operation. The inverter should be “off” when
not in use.
The factory-installed inverter is not intended for use with medical devices".
