Sony head unit died, any idea how to fix

2021 Entegra Coach Odyssey owner here, my Sony head unit just died after parked coach for 5 days and I do not know why.

There is a similar thread https://www.jaycoowners.com/forums/f...ied-92559.html that mentioned the fuse under steps. I checked both are all good with multmeter.

Interesting thing is, the red circled USB-A port has no power while green one has.

look at the back of head unit seems like there is no screw. To access it's back need to hard pull the unit?

Any one has any ideas what's going on and how to fix?

It’s got to be a fuse somewhere….probably at least 2 fuse panels with multiple fuses that should be checked.

Most aftermarket radios/head units have a fuse plugged into the back of the radio itself; to access, you'd need to pull out the radio.

Check the fuse on the back of the unit. There are YouTube videos showing the installation that might help. And the green circled USB A port is powered from the chassis battery, while the other USB port is an extension coming off the head unit.
