Thermostat help 2019 Greyhawk 30

Problem 1. My technology compromised sister managed somehow to change the thermostat from Farenheight to Centergrade. Anyone know how to switch it back. I couldn't find an owner's manual on line .

Problem 2. I removed it from the wall to find a model/part number and discovered a connection quite loose. I'm sure it was loose before I took it off the wall. Anyone know where it should go?
Fan Lo working
Fan High working however low and high seem to be the same.
Cooling Hi, Lo, Auto all working
Heating heat pump working
Heating propane did not come on.

Cool, that solved the Centigrade problem.

But the electrical connections are entirely different.

I'm thinking it is the output to turn on the propane furnace and is supposed to be in the "W" terminal since that is the only one open apart from the two "SENS", but I would like some conformation before I blow something up.

Yes, the "W" connection on the thermostat is for the propane furnace. Your wiring colors do not match but based on you not having the propane furnace control which requires the "W" connection and you have a loose wire that is larger than a sensor wire would normally be. I would go ahead and connect the loose wire to the "W" terminal.

If you wanted to be sure and if no one has a picture to share (mine is different) then you could trace the loose red wire and see if it goes to the propane furnace although it would be extremely unlikely to not to do so see how the A/C Heat pump is working which indicates the wiring to it is intact. Also any concern for thermostat damage is low seeing that the thermostat is fuse protected. ~CA
