Traveling with residential refrigerator

This is our first residential refrigerator in an RV. We have experienced things falling off the shelves as we travel and then falling to the floor when we open the door. To prevent this we purchased shelf guards at Camping world. They work great.

Yes they do. We use a pair of the double-bar guards in our non-residential fridge. Saves the surprise when you open the door. We put a couple of the single spring guards in the medicine cabinet, so the shampoo bottles don't hit me on the foot when I open that up.

We have the Whirlpool residential refrigerator and had the lock open twice while traveling. I bought this to tie the door handles together.

Works great along with the bars.

Literally push everything to the back and install pool noodles. (Cut slightly over sized). We use pool noodles (the thicker ones) in all areas inside and outside the RV. Additionally, the denser noodles are the one we use, but they shrink in cold areas like the fridge. Cupboards, drawers, and we even use them in the microwave to hold the plate down.
