Ok don’t laugh, how do I turn on the TV in a 2020 redhawk 24B?

The bunk TV? It won't come on if the engine is running.

No the one in the dining area, I’m on shore power at a RV park
The TV I installed in the bedroom works fine. I remember the sales guy pointing the remote to the dash but nothing is happening

Is there any indication the TV has power like a red LED? Can you plug something else into that outlet to make sure it has power? Or do you have power but can't get it to tune in a station?

Don't point it at the dash, turn around and point it at the TV and press the on button on the remote.

Yes red LED is on but won’t turn on and it did when I bought it, can’t even find a manual on the TV in the sellers pouch

Yes but I put new batteries but they maybe old I’ll put new ones today when I get home
