I have a 31 SS mine is located inside to right of sink in lowest cabinet door right behind water heater access from the inside, you open cabinet door you will see foam insulation jacket around tank and there will be a inlet (cold) outlet (hot) one valve closes inlet to tank other valve is opened to bypass the tank

Is this in the Bedroom or bathroom?

I looked in my bathroom under the sink and still didn't locate it.

My dresser cabinet in my bathroom doesn't appear to have an access panel that I can find

There was a screw I missed initially.
It is under the large wardrobe.
