Where to begin. Prior to delivery drivers door window replaced due to break-in. After delivery; touch up paint chips; Passenger door weather stripping loose; Passenger door grab handle not set correctly;missing fresh water by-pass hose; fresh water filter installed too low to place drip pan for changing filter. While en-route to dealer (50 min's away) for listed repairs check engine light came on. Ford stated due to evap. wiring separated during frame lengthening. In-dash DVR not connected to TV. Not told that there is no spare tire when asked. Bought new tire and rim and had A-frame built and installed under body. Had dump valves re-located forward due to scraping on residential driveway. On first trip to Laughlin, Nv. check engine light on again. This time same Ford dealer stated it was a Evap. hose not properly secured. They drove RV to lower fuel tank by one quarter so they could test the Evap. On second trip while returning home check engine again came on. This time I took the RV to a different Ford Dealer closer to home. They found that the fitting where the generator fuel lines enter the fuel tank was cracked. No hot water to shower or vanity from tankless heater. Dealer tech stated that Jayco does not need a pressure reducing fitting on the fresh water. Found that the water pump does not always shut off. CD'S removed from in-dash player very hot. Dealer stated that per Jayco that is normal. Rubber trim around house door loose and flaps in the wind. One of the 12v outlets in dash not working. Wind noise from house door very noisy. Replaced door seal. Next trip to Alabama had leak from shower hot water valve flooding floor under shower. Repaired washer installed offset. Bathroom exhaust vent reversed and sucking in outside air. After recall letter had both gas valves on tank less water heater replaced. During trip to Arizona found that mirror by dinette came away from the wall at the top. It was screwed into thin paneling with short screws without anchors. Support for dinette seats not secured on sides and about to collapse. Upon leaving Az. found that bedroom slide gearing skipping and popping during last six inches of re-tracking. Left Az. on Feb. 28th and contacting dealer on March 1st. Dealer wait time for appointment 4 weeks until March 31st. Afraid to use bedroom slide that it my not retract have not been able to use RV. So far Down time and wait time is 47 DAYS plus 31 day wait time. Totaling 78 Days not counting my own emergency repair time and costs. Unknown down time for bedroom slide repair.
