Basic Info Problems. A lot of problems. Slide tears up floor. New! Purchased in June.....issues. Plenty. We were told by the dealer that no one should sit in dinette while traveling, hmmm there are seat belts there. AC quit on trip in July. In all a list of 30 items that are defects from manufacturing process. Stopped using in November . Sprinter battery replaced on January 2nd. Checked it today, dead chassis battery. That is a new Mercedes-Benz battery. House is plugged in.

Added a slide extension under table for coffee maker at rest.

that's really tough! We bought a 2017 with 1200 miles back in March of 2020, have put a few thousand on it, and have had no serious problems. Hope you can straighten them out.
