2016 Jayco North Point bunkhouse in great condition. We have only traveled in it 6 times, less than 5000 road miles use. We bought brand new and use it as primary place to stay at our vacation spot in Hopedale on a monthly basis at best. It has always been kept under 40 ft cover. Roof caulked annually and sealed. Washed on a regular basis and waxed annually. This camper still has new smell. Tanks and floors cleaned after every use. All four tires have been replaced 2 years ago. Plenty of room for kids and family. We are buying another one with different setup now that are kids are going to college. Contact me for details. no trades
