Boondockers Dream! This Eagle HT is equipped w/many options and additions.
From the factory it included the 2nd Grey tank, giving you 64 gallons of grey capacity. It also came wired for 50 amps, so a 2nd A/C unit could be added in the bedroom, but we never felt it was needed. We had a FantasticFan added there with rain shield shuts off, and closes when it feels rain .
The best part is, this one has 600 watts of roof solar, and an MPPT charge controller added. We've never run out of power, even running TV's, DVD player, stereo, lights, furnace, CPAP, and an air purifier for much of the evening. There are 2 6 volt Trojan batteries supplying the power at night. They are usually fully recharged by 10am in the morning from the powerful roof solar array.
Besides the solar, we've added many other options like LED dimmers in the LR and BR, and a 2nd TV in the bedroom.
Our 29.5 foot long Eagle HT has only been used 6 times since we bought it new in 2018. List price was 45,742. We paid upper 30's for it. It is in like new condition. Has always been stored under a car port. We've never had a problem with it. No leaks, and no rodents ever. It's also always been pet free. Everything on it works perfectly. Comes with Goodyear Endurance tires not china bombs which are still in great shape.
I should add, it tows very easilly with our Ram 2500 truck. We had the suspension reset so the trailer sits taller, which matches up with the taller beds of most trucks today.
