'15 Pinnacle A/C Fan blade broken

For the 2nd time in 3 years the fan blade on our Den A/C unit has come loose (bad motor mounts again) and blade broke off GRRRRRRRR! This happened while we were away this time. When I opened up the door to RV it was 91 inside. (Well BR was 85---set on 82 when we left ....but that unit was trying to cool the whole rig. )
Has anyone else had this issue over and over? Anything to replace those STUPID CHEAP mounts?
Thanks for any and all suggestions. We will sweat this one out in den early evening (we stay on the beach most days) until we can get new parts. And a fix!
#MoneyPit
But love the RV life when it's good. ❤️🙋🏻🙋🏻

Last one (that is broken now ) is 1472B504
Should I ask for the one you listed in stead?
What about the motor mounts? To us...that is the issue.

No the "B" and "C" fans crack causing excessive vibration which tears/loosens the mounts.

The new "D" fan which came out almost 2 years ago is the "fix". Of course you still need to replace the mounts.

Of course no on has them in stock. We have ordered the D fan. But no one seems to know about the mounts to order. Seriously? Where do I get the mounts? This stuff is getting crazier by the minute. There is a 6 blade universal fan someone has in stock that will fit it (Temporary fix today) your thoughts on using this for 2 days? Same shaft size and fan size.

The six blade is the noisy one that was replaced by the 3 blade. They should contact Air-Excel/Coleman direct about the mounts/isolators, they do ship direct.

Yep, replaced ours 3 times on 2 units. All DIY. Like Grumpy said, they actually have an assembled repair kit for these due to the frequency of breaks; includes the new blade, guard, silicone and mounts x3. I placed the fan mounts on a butter knife and slid them under the unit so I didn't have to loosen the a.c. mounts too. Good directions and an easy fix, good luck!

3rd Fan Blade to Break off

I have a 40' bungalow 2021 permantely parked on a site. Today is the 3rd fan blade that broke off in a year. This is serious concern as an eye or something could be take out. I ahve read where others have experienced this and I;m really surprised there has not been a saftey recall issued from this.

You probably have a different unit than what was being discussed. The previous discussion was for the Mach 8 low profile.
