2016 Jayco North Point 341RLTS Slide issue

On the Dinette Slide the center section that folds in half underneath is attached to the Frame, but not the slideout itself. It looks like it was originally secure by screws, and they must have broken off. The only thing holding the outside section of the folding arm is the round bracket guiding the wires.

I drilled out the original screws that were broken off, reattached the bracket and when putting the slide in it stopped about 2 inches from coming in all the way with a cracking noise. It sheared off the screw heads again.

I marked the area where the plate rest when it is closed all the way, and will try to screw it there. The problem is it only seams to have a 1/2 inch of area on slideout to screw into.

Anyone else run into this issue.

I also found my arm hanging on by a single screw last month but on the frame side. The problem was the bracket was screwed at an angle instead of level to match the end on the slide-out, if I pushed up on the bracket only it matched the broken screws but if I pushed up on the center of the arm it was square with the other end. This was on the dinette slide

Mine was hanging too. Dealer fixed it.
