Just purchased a 2018 Jayco North Point 381FLWS, and a few trip and after some research and working with the dealer found out that the unit has the following:
Fresh Water Tank – 75 gallons
Gray water tank – 37 gallons
Gray Water Tank – 37 gallons
Black Tank – 37 gallons
The front Gray tank covers the kitchen sink and the shower.
The rear Gray tank covers the two bathroom sinks and the washing machine (of which we do not have nor ever intend to purchase one)
The problem is the front Gray tank fills quickly with the kitchen and shower usage, with 77 gallons of fresh water and only 37 gallon gray and the rear gray tank with only two bathroom sinks to it the front tanks fills quickly and the rear one is always almost empty.
Any one else ever had an issue like this. Our old Jayco trailer had the bathroom sink and shower on one tank and the kitchen on the other and we never really had any issues, this one two showers and two meals in the kitchen and the tank is full.
I attached the unit plans I was able to get from the dealer but not much help with out tearing up the underside to see what's down there.
I was looking for a plumbing workaround to connect both gray tanks together but not sure how that would work. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
I think there's quite a few people on here that use one of these to equalize their grey tanks. This twist on valve allows you to open both grey tanks at once. When dumping close both greys before dumping the black. https://www.amazon.com/Valterra-T58-.../dp/B000BGHYJS
