29.5 bhds auto level issues

Just got my new 2021 eagle 29.5Bhds home and when I push the auto level button it flashes green for a few seconds but nothing happens. The front jacks function with the arrow buttons. Anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

make sure you are only slightly above level in the front before you start auto level

We have a '21 Pinnacle and had a similar issue as soon as we got home. If we have a similar system the fix was very easy. Equalizer manual said to check for the rear leg lights. If they were on, in our case red color, hit retract all and once done, hit auto level. problem fixed.

Try the BMPro app inside, or better yet... on your phone. Sometimes that works better than the controls in your basement. I also needed to use a carpenter's leveler to actually make it level the first time. If so, in the app there's the option to 'reset' what LEVEL means.

^^^ This. For whatever reason, sometimes the panel wont auto level but the phone app will. I assume that the BMPro Jaycommand control unit is fighting for control over the Lippert panel and winning.

Try pushing it twice.

This also happens with mine, but I watched a walk around video where the guy said to hold down the auto level button and it worked. So now I'll press/hold the auto level button for a coupe of seconds and then it will start doing it's thing.

Same here. When we first got the NP, I was very frustrated that sometimes the auto-level would work, and sometimes it wouldn't.


It was DW that suggested I hold the button in a little longer; and she was spot-on right. It's worked flawlessly all summer and we've been out just about every weekend since late April.
