29.5 BHDS Rear Roof Seal

I have a 2017 29.5 BHDS and I just noticed the rear roof seal, that seals the roof membrane and the rear fiberglass panel is separating from the unit in the center. The gab is in between 1/4 and 1/2 an inch. Has anyone encountered this? Is this normal? Should i reseal with caulking or should I take it back under warranty?

If you still have warranty, take it back. I know it sucks, but at least you get it on paper that it was a problem that was looked at by an authorized service dealer.
