I have a 2018 30.5mbok. I have had the front cap painted as well. The roof was also replaced under warranty but I'm not so sure it needed to be done. The service manager at our dealer seems to love replacing roofs, he pushed for it, I didn't think it was bad but it got replaced anyway. All the other items were very minor I would have done them myself but hey it's under warranty so just let them do it. I also had the trim separation issue under the bedroom but that's a simple fix with the longer screws.
Overall we love ours and use it on a monthly basis even though the winter.
