Awning Issue?

We just pulled up to the KOA in Myrtle Beach. All connected, extended slides and #2 awning, however #1 awning, the long one to the right of the entry door appears to be dead, no response. Checked the 30A fuse, but it should be fine as it is the only fuse for both awnings. The slide is not making any noise as if it is not getting power? Any ideas?
Thanks

Dealer called me back, checking with his tech people, thinks it may be the connector to the motor and will call back

problem solved, $280 later!! I checked fuses in the fuse box, Then dealer had me take 2 Valiums first and then sent me into the basement. It is as bad as everyone says, but not as bad as I expected, lol. The BMPRO node has 2 additional fuses, a 30A and a 40A. Checked them, all good. Getting frustrated as I hate having something not work, specially when new. I finally called these guys advertised on the KOA brochure, "the awning guy". He said be there in 15, was here in 5. There were having lunch across from the park, lol. They are 2 retired gentlemen, very knowledgeable. The issue was diagnosed as power wire not long enough, and the plug was unplugged of course. Long story but they blamed it on shoddy workmanship. they pulled and adjusted and got us enough slack that we should be ok. $125 for the house call, and just over an hour labor. They were very pleasant to work with and taught me a lot about maintaining the awnings, including lubrication

How did they say to lube the awning...I have tried with Slide lubricant, 301, etc but still doesn't seem to work ... the awning arms "screech" as the they travel up and down the rail...

He said to use Silicone lube. He does his twice a year with the change in the time he said. I showed him the dry lube I have for the slide rails and he said it was fine, would not attract dust. He also went on about not overextending the slides when opening, saying after time it can damage the motor
