Bathroom fan upgrade?

2018 377, factory part is Maxxair brand. Are these the correct parts to upgrade the fan and add a vent cover? I see a Fan-tastic Fan brand remote retrofit kit, previous year 377 had them, but I don't think they're compatible?

Maxxair makes a model that is designed to fit over vents with fans such as Fantastic. They allow for increased air flow and allow the vent to be open further to not restrict air flow. We had one on our old trailer.

I have ordered one of these, the 7000 model
Maxxair - MAXXFAN Deluxe All-In-One RV Vent, Shield & Fan | Airxcel
its the fully upgraded version with the remote control and have someone coming next week to install it. I am told its a simple replacement, remove caulk, take out screens, disconnect power, remove old fan, reconnect power, screws and recaulk.

I just replaced our bath fan with the Maxxfan Deluxe. It was a simple install. It eliminates the need for a vent cover. The toughest part of the install was removing old caulk.

Oops, just realized I posted the vent cover twice. This is the fan I'm looking at. I remember someone here saying you could swap this one in without breaking the caulk, by just swapping the guts?
