I usually don't like to hook up more than two cables on a single battery stud connection.. I just don't seem to get dependable connections doing this when drawing high DC currents.. You can usually stack two connections on a battery stud with ease but when you add more then the ring terminals have to bend on you to make the solid connection you want to have...
I usually will add a BLUE SEA Terminal strip something like this to handle multiple DC cable connections. It cleans up the connection maze really good. I also like to use adhesive type ring terminal sleeves to cover up all of the open wiring around the ring terminals... Also comes with protective covers to keep from shorting to ground if it is on the + side of the battery terminals...
