Look for low and high temp protection, lithium can't charge below freezing and can't discharge below around 20F, if they don't have temp protection they will be damaged.
Look for a BMS (battery management system) that can accept the maximum charge and discharge that the battery is rated for, example, a 100AH battery should take 100A charge and 100A discharge. Cheaper batteries may use a lower rated BMS and thinner wiring that reduce allowable amps.
Bluetooth monitoring is a big plus, you can check state of charge, temperature, and many other parameters, even turn the battery on and off remotely with a good app.
I have 3 ReBel 100AH connected in Parallel. 2 years in they have been decent. Reasonably priced, and support has been good.
