Black water cable pulled out

Hi everyone,
Im new to this, but I pulled the black water cable and it pulled completely out. What the heck do I do now? Can I just fix the cable some how or do I need to replace the whole valve?

Can you see the valve itself or is it covered? Depending on where the cable broke it may be repairable.

Possible. Some have optioned to drop the whole cover. The problem is, finding the exact location of the valve to make it accessible. On my trailer, I ended up using an endoscope I bought on Amazon to locate the valve. Then just cut a square out. Then used Flex Patch to mend the hole. It's not pretty but it works.
