BMP PRO Issues

Hey Everyone,

When we put our trailer away for the winter the BMP Pro worked just fine. Now that the unit is in the shop for a minor repair, they are saying that the BMP PRO keeps saying "Rebooting". It seems to be in a loop and they can't figure it out. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks for your feedback.

battery in table is dead...this has happen to others...watch this video...pull table out and charge with a usb charger then replace.

Kinda makes me worry about the shop. Are they a Jayco dealer?
