I have it now (and going out this weekend), but it's been to the dealer (Blade RV) once and they fixed a few of the easy things, a few parts ordered, and they need authorization from Jayco to replace or repaint the front cap (which is oxidizing along the top and looks terrible) and re-do the stairs which are crooked and Blade says they were installed incorrectly and needs to be re-done, which means re-welding the assembly to the frame. I'll try lubing the Sshwintek motors when I pull it out and see if that helps. btw there is a You-Tube video by Lippert on how to do that.

I'll figure it out eventually and let you know.

How do you handle the deep cabinets in the bathroom? I can’t even reach clear to the back.

Welcome to JOF! You can look at getting a two step but we don't store any thing back in the back just in the front of the cabinet.s

Brought home the trailer today and lubed the slides as was suggested a few posts up. Also sprayed some conditioner on the wipes. Slides move a little smoother and noise is greatly reduced. I’m pretty sure the squeaking I got was from from the wiper seals(or whatever they’re called). Also had to scrub my dinette slide with simple green because one of those seals left a bunch of marks. Like it got hot and melted on there. Weird.

This residential fridge is great. It cools off so fast. Only downside is the size. It’s massive and when packing for a weekend trip, that space is a little overkill. Same with the pantry.

Have any of you had this issue. I wanted to put a few gallons in the fresh tank for travel and ice making while underway. I was already hooked up to city water. I moved the valves to the correct position, but the tank wouldn’t fill. I opened the drain valve to see if anything was there and with the hose on, the water came out with extreme pressure. Very odd. It was like the tank pressurized or something.

I shut off the water, and cycled all the valves slowly. Set it to the pressure fill configuration position, turned the water back on and it filled as it should.

We fill the open lower cabinet with toilet paper. The large pack from Costco or Sam's Club. Lasted two months in the south this winter

I haven’t try that every time we been out we always connect to the camp site water, I do carry about a 1/4 tank water in my fresh water tank just in case.

Make sure that the city water is turned off and there isn't any pressure on the system before you switch to power fill.

I’m thinking that was the issue. Thanks.

So you mean that you have to turn those color coded knobs to power fill? Correct, make sense.

FYI, after over-riding the "stop control" and bringing the slide all the way in, I went all the way out on the trip, and all the way back in no problem when it came time to leave. Then in my driveway I've been all the way and back twice, so just prior to this problem I had opened the slide only about 1/2 way, then back in, and the problem occurred the next time. My wife read on a Forum somewhere to never do that and "you'll be OK" so maybe stopping part way threw off the controller somehow, but so far at least I can proceed knowing I could over-ride if necessary and we shall see as time moves on.

BTW, the front slide "shudder" just went away these last 2x in/out, no explanation, and the latest from Blade RV is that Jayco is being "difficult" wrt (with respect to) fixing the oxidized front cap. How do you add a picture

Go to Reply to Thread and then scroll down and you will see Manage Attachments, click on it and it will take you to where you can download from your computer, if you have the pics unloaded in your pics folder just find the pics and click on it, then click on upload.

I thought I saw something here where someone put some 6v batts in their 321RSTS, but can’t find it now. Something I’m considering down the road.

Also, when my trailer sits for a while(weeks), the windows really stick to the seals when opening. What do you all do to prevent this?
