Converter

I have a 2018 Jayco North point. Anyone know where the converter is on this thing?

If it's like my 17 northpoint, you have to take out the back wall of the basement (pass thru storage) and itll be mounted right by the steps that go up to the front area..

It's built in into the breaker/fuse panel. It slides into the right side. If you remove the cover, you will see it. You can also see the green led that tells you which charging mode it's in without removing the cover. Near that led is a manual button you can use to manually change the charging mode.

It doesn't seem as though my converter is charging My batteries when I am on shore power. I bought new batteries showed up at a campsite and about 30 hours later my lights were going dim. Hooked into my 7 pin and they brightened up. So I hope the battery charger up to the batteries..... Seems to be working as a temporary fix but I'm pretty sure I need a new converter.

Did you make sure the breaker for the converter is on?

Make sure the reverse polarity fuse(s) is not blown/open. They did that on my 5er when I did the first PDI. You can be hooked to shore power but batteries will not charge. I think they are 30 amp fuse upper RH corner. Just a possibility.
