I recently bought a used 2017 Northpoint. I am trying to find the original documentation on this unit . Jayco tells me they do not have it. The dealer who originally sold the unit has not returned my calls. I do not know who the original owner was. Anyone have any ideas about how i can get the “build sheet” or “sales sheet” ??

Welcome to the forum.

Jayco will supply schematics for framing, wiring, etc. if you call them with your VIN#. They MIGHT be able to supply you with model numbers etc. for the various appliances (fridge, stove, furnace, etc.) that were originally installed.

Jayco's printed 'Owner's Manual' are not very helpful, if that's what you are looking for.

Since you are not the original owner I doubt JAYCO would even send you the build/msrp sheet anyway. That definitely would be up to the selling dealer.
