Tomorrow we pull it up the first big hill, Saluda grade in NC, I-26. Never had any problems with the old Sunnybrook. It will be interesting to see the difference in economy between the two rigs.

I am pulling the same RV with a 2003 F350 SRW CC Lariat 7.3 Diesel and I have no problem with hills. Hope your shake down trip goes without any issues.

Thanks, We are having a great shakedown cruise in the NC mountains. No problems pulling some steep grades or braking. Fuel economy is the same as the old rig.

I could live in this full time! Only problem so far is the fresh water gauge does not work.

Good Trip

Norty,
Having fun reading how your making out on your shakedown trip. Glad to hear the new 5th wheel is doing well. I'm sure your giving the AC's a work out even in the Mtns.
Kath and I are suppose to look at one next week at a dealer about 2 hours from the house. The dealer that was closer is not stocking any this year and doesn't want to bother ordering one either. So much for buying local, now I'm going for price.

I'm glad you are having a good shakedown norty1. I do full time in mine and it is the same floor plan as yours. I love it.

I notified them before we left. They said to give it a workout and bring it in when we get back and they will fix the list. This is one great thing about dealing with a dealer that is close to home.

If you want a good deal, check into leftover 2011's that are equipped as you want.
