Ok, I may not be speaking it correctly, but the bottom line is

If I move to the bottom holes for the spring hangers, this will raise the trailer up, correct?

Some measurements:
26" from ground to lower (middle) step on bumper.
34.5" from ground on rear trailer tire to lowest point on fender, measured directly thru wheel hub.
11" from bottom of king pin plate to camper (I replaced mine with MorRyde RPB.

Also F350 FX4 Off Road. And YES, shackle should absolutely be in bottom hole to raise camper.

My F350 pulls my 5'er a little nose high. I like it like that.

Just an update - I finally got my appt to get the suspension moved down to the lower spring hanger position, and had the wet bolt kit installed while it was at the shop. The cost was $711, and worth it to me since I am not confident enough to do the work myself, and if I did the work and something goes wrong it's on me! Gander even installed the wet bolts so I can add grease without removing the tires (good job boys).

I had a few minutes to look at the clearance of my camper vs truck, and looks like I have 6" clearance at the rear of the truck bed, so when I put the tailgate back on - it should give me 5" (tailgate rises up 1" at middle section). I am good with that.

thanks to everyone who added their opinion. It helps when you have someone like me who needs the re-assurance or a nudge in the right direction!!

2017 F250 with HT 30.5 CKTS...

5.75" clearance between bed and RV, with Demco autoslider in middle position. Trailer sits fairly level.
