fresh water drain valve location

I have 27.5 ft 5th wheel 2018, eagle series. We are at 9,200 ft in the colorado mountains. I am studying the winterization procedures and the only thing I cannot find is the fresh water tank dump valve. I have 2 hoses coming out from under the back of RV. I know one is the overflow(fresh water)and am guessing the other is the drain...they are an inch apart. It looks like I will have to cut the underneath lining to get to the valve. I don't know how they drained it before since there is no access to the valve?? Trailer was always in Colo, stored in the winter outside...what do you think !!?

To open/drain our fresh water tank, we have to get into the storage area & slide open the door - ours is on the passenger side of the vehicle. You may want to check there before cutting into anything.

Most low point drains have a little sticker on the side. Look under the sides all around for a small pipe hanging down a couple inches. There are also drain valves inside almost always near the water heater to drain it and the cold lines near it.

Mine is a small valve mounted just behind the rear wheels on the door side.

thanks. I believe this is where mine is located, as there is an overflow hose there and another drain hose right beside it. However, there is an 'underbelly' cover over the whole bottom of my RV. It does not state it has an 'Artic Addition', so i will go over it all again and may hafe to cut a small opening, thanks.

Just open the valve and see if any water starts to drain. The valve that comes on new rigs has a cheap plastic 1/4 turn valve on it and is mounted on a bracket on the frame member, not like a overflow tube.
