Fresh water tank won't drain

We have a 2014 Eagle Premier that the water will not drain from the fresh water tank when I open the drain valve under the unit. I checked the valve to assure it wasn't plugged. I know there is some water in it. I never tried to drain it since it was new as we did not have a reason to use the tank until last winter. Anyone else had this problem?

You may have some type of blockage in the line if it hasn't been used or just a bad valve.
Try blowing into it or using an air hose at low pressure to blow it open. Alternatively, try pushing water back up the pipe with a garden hose to open up the line.

You may also want to add some water to add pressure to help force it to start flowing.
