ground clearence

I have a 37 REFS Pinnacle. I am either dragging the rear of unit or jacks quite often. Does anyone else have this problem. If so, what are you doing to get around without dragging?
I tow with a 2012 3500 Ram dually 4x4. I am about 3 ins higher in the front. Any suggestions are appreciated.
I called Jayco and asked why the springs were mounted under the axles, and their reply, { that's just the way we set them up.}. End of discussion.

They are underslung to keep the trailer at legal height or close to it. If overslung, you'd be over 3" (axle diameter) higher plus the spring pack thickness and most likely well over 13'6".

I raised my jacks up a couple holes. You might want to see if you have space to do that. But that will not help with the dragging of the rear of the unit. You can also see about lowering the springs bolts to the lowest hole if they are not already there which would help with both. But that would raise the entire unit so you should consider your total height of the unit.

You don’t want to be 3” higher at the front.

Do a axle flip. Etrailer has the axle flip kit at a reasonable price.

That would most likely put him over height.

Could you post some pictures of your setup (truck/trailer), so we can see exactly what you are dealing with?
