Ground control 3.0 "out of stroke" errors

Went to level the trailer yesterday and kept getting "out of stroke" errors when the system was near level (in the last few adjustments when it typically indicates level). None of the jacks are even remotely near out of stroke, but that's the error it keeps throwing.

I checked the level and it's basically dead on level, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I had no problem leveling it at home a few days ago when we were prepping it for the trip.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Try putting some blocks under each Jack..........I use 2 2x10's screwed together on each Jack and do NOT have that problem.

I've got 2x10 blocks I use regularly under each of the feet. When I park out in front of my house, the road is pretty dramatically crowned so I have to use 3 2x10 blocks on one side to assist in leveling. No out of stroke errors there. My campsite is far more level than at home and the jacks are only slightly extended at the moment. That's why I'm confused by the error. There doesn't seem to be any reason for it.

I'm not sure if this helps for I'm still learning the system. I noticed our new 377 doing that when the dealer was demonstrating auto level to us. If I remember right he retracted all jacks. Raised the front some more and re auto leveled it. It's like it needs a higher starting point to auto level. If I understood it correctly the axles affected the auto level like a seesaw. It's like it was out of stroke on the low side not the high side. Leaving on a shake down run on 6/22 and will have more time to mess with it then.

The fronts can be out of stroke if they need to retract but are already fully retracted. Can happen if you drop the front legs to much before you unhook.

Try "zeroing" it. It fixes most problems.
If you say it's level then leave it in that position then zero calibrate.
