How to fix small tear in roof

New to this site so don’t blast me. Dewinterized my FW inspecting the roof found several small little cuts. Smaller than fingernail. How should I fix those? Can I use small piece of E-tape and just go around it with lap sealant. Thank for the help.

I believe you got it, clean area good, let dry, and use the self leveling dicor caulk around the piece of E tape... there are a few other guys on here that are more seasoned with this type of fix, I’m sure they will chime in a give this hope of fix a blessing or a better solution.

Thank you. That’s today project go over all the lap sealant repair where needed. Yesterday was spent washing and waxing. My radio antenna has pulled lose only being held on by lap sealant so hoping I can just turn it and screw it back down.

Yes this is how you should do it. Make sure you don't stretch the Eternabond tape and have a good quality roller to activate the adhesive in the tape.
