How to turn off propane before leaving for a new campground? Other must Do’s

First time moving Northpoint. Do I go to every propane tank and close all of them individually or do I turn the regulator (I think that’s what it is). What else needs to be shut off aside from or before disconnecting shore power. I found a bunch of checklists but not one that kind of goes through each thing that needs to be shut off or done before we attach to truck. Or do you attach to the truck before you shut off all these things. I need all the advice I can get to be prepared to leave. Thanks in advance

Yes, close the valve on top of each tank individually. And when you go to open them up, open VERY slowly so the safety device doesn't shut the flow down. It's there to stop the propane flow in case of a hose rupture.

If you run your refrigerator on propane then just leave it on as you drive. Some tunnels legally require you to shut off propane. Most people also turn it off while gassing up for safety. Millions of miles a year are driven with RVs that have the LP on.

Never turned my propane off when moving in over 40 years. No need too.

What Grumpy said. I never turn tanks off when traveling. The fridge is running and I want it to stay cold. Even fueling, the fridge is on the other side from the fueling side. I don't worry about it. Much to do about nothing.
