Hydraulic jacks

We have a major electrical problem w/ our 2017 jayco north point. Apparently our converter has failed. We had to jumper in order to close the slides and now we cannot raise the leveling jacks as well. Is there a way to manually raise the jacks so we can take it to the dealer for warranty service?

There is a place for a wrench on top and or on bottom of jacks to manually raise them
