Ours was about 13’2” or 13’3” height to top of front AC sitting pretty level when hitched. Our length was 36’11”. Notic I said “was”, have a Pinnacle now-taller, wider, longer, heavier! What have we done?? Really like it but yours is VERY hard to beat.

I passed under a bridge that said 13’ 6”. I made it so must be a little lower than that. I did aim for the highest point. The length of this thing doesn’t really give me any grief. It’s the height. One of my favorite state parks(Dinosaur Valley, TX) has too many low trees over the road, so I don’t bother with it.

What have they been doing to your rig for 5-6 months? OR is this just a new unit being built?

Don't ever go to Elizabethtown, PA. All their underpasses through town are under 13'4".

Well, they had it in for to repaint to front cap they had to get the factory okay before they could paint it and the factory didn't send the decal in until late, so while they had it in the dealer found that the back wall was starting to bubble up is a few places, they something about when the factory put it together they didn't do it right.

So now the dealer had to get the factory to okay that and to send them a back wall, the wall didn't come in until the first of this month. When they install the whole back wall then they will paint the front cap and add the decal to it. Yeah, it suck but at least the dealer told us that the back wall wasn't done right and since they had it since December we wasn't using it but now we want to use it by the end of this month but we will see if that will happen.

Hi RipinSC,
I'm very interested in what you said about the height being over the legal limit. Just got our 2021 321RSTS and thought it would have a low profile AC in the front (which are now standard) but its not. Measured and I'm between 13'6 and 13' 7. Will they really replace with a low profile? How much of a fight was it for you with Jayco?

Pammac, no big hassle to get it replaced but that was before Jayco sold out to Thor. I took down a wire at a tire dealer and measured my FW and found it was over the legal limit. I called customer service and they had me send pictures of it hooked to my truck and the measurements I got. They authorized the dealer to swap it out. Some people have stated that Jayco requested the dealer to measure it. I would call customer service and tell them what your height is and ask why the low profile a/c was not installed especially as it is supposed to be standard. On another topic, highway bridges are measured at the lowest point and that is the height put on the bridge. Normally the lowest point is measured from the shoulder of the road.
