JBL Aura

I have a 2021 JAYCO 321rsts. Got to destination and there is no power at all to the JBL Aura wall mount.
Checked inline fuse behind panel. Cannot find any other bad fuses.

Hi Moe, I notice you have not received any replies. Until you find a resolution, try out the forum's advanced search because just I found posts from people who have had this similar problem. The search phrase I used was "radio not working". When you do resolve this, please post what fixed it.

I've attached the owner's manual for the radio. I noticed someone previously used the 'reset' button to fix this. In case you've been looking and could not find the reset button, it is within the audio-out plug on the front. Have you found the fix yet?

Thank you for your input. No fix yet. Appears that I have no power going to the unit at all.

Our daughter and SIL have another brand of 5er, and they have the same thing. They are currently getting it fixed under warranty, and I don't know what the end issue will be.

However, in their case, they DID have power to the unit, the unit just didn't work, so there's something internally hosed in the unit.

Have you checked with a mulitmeter, or a test light to verify that you actually have power into the back of the radio?
