We just started our search for a 5er. We drove from Arkansas to Muskegon Michigan to look at a 2019 38refs.
After about an hour at the dealer, no one spoke to us we flagged a lady down riding on a golf cart. She told us it was at another lot and we could not go there.


So we headed to Coldwater Michigan and Haylett RV.
Home of Josh the RV Nerd. He is the guy that does all of the Jayco videos.

WOW, GREAT GUY! Super RV knowledgeable!
We not only got to see a 38 REFS but he spent an hour with us and answered all of our questions.
Everyone we came in contact with was super helpful and friendly.

Our salesman was Stu and he was not pushy at all he just answered our questions.

Thanks Josh for dropping everything and spending time with us.
We will be back!

It's great to hear about a positive experience. There are some really good dealers out there. Just got to hope it doesn't take a 12 hour drive to find one .
