Do they have any arch left? If not, replace them with better than Lippert springs. Don't go for the re-arching bit, that's not a permanent fix. Trailer springs aren't expensive. Install new u-bolts if you replace the springs.
My 2017 Eagle 293RKDS springs don't have much arch left, so I see new springs in my future.
