Looking for opinions on NP 382FLRB and front livings in general

Hi- looking seriously at purchasing a NP 382FLRB. We currently have a rear living layout so looking for pros and cons of front living floorplans. Also if any 382 owners out there can comment on their experience personally with their 382. We were also wondering how the outdoor living area is working out in the 382 since the main awning is at the back half of the unit instead of at the front since there are 2 slides at the front.

Personally I like the open feeling of a rear living room and kitchen combo. There's more seating area in the FLRB then I have people to fill

Our last trailer before our Pinnacle was an Open Range front living. Loved the floor plan, but ours had steps into the bedroom and a huge garage underneath. Loved the extra storage, but hated having to go up and down steps everywhere you wanted to go. Would be good with FL if bedroom was on same level as kitchen.
