Low Point Drains

So I recently took delivery of a 2017 FLSA. It was either factory or dealer winterized. I did not ask which. When I got the systems flowing 2 weekends ago to get rid of the pink stuff and check for normal operation and leaks, the first thing I had to do is find where to close the valves on these 2 drain hoses sticking through the underbelly (picture attached). There is a small hidden panel in storage with valve access after much searching. I believe these are the hot and cold low points? But the one that is actually labeled as "low point" is the protruding blue hose/valve assembly towards the back of the picture covering my wife's shorts on the right side (harder to see)

Is this how Jayco would normally leave these tubes? Sticking through a torn underbelly? I missed this on PID. Am I correct in that I have 2 separate low point drains? Is one just "lower" than the other or are they for different systems?

I have three total...

The hot and cold ones you have shown that is accessed via the panel in the storage compartment which will drain the hot and cold lines.

A single one with a valve like the one in the back of your picture that goes to the ice maker / frig drain.

A white single one with a valve (not pictured) that goes to the fresh water holding tank.

And of course the drain on the water heater.... So that would actually be 4...

But three that are labeled on the outside of the unit and yes they all hang down through the underbelly.

Thanks! Only one is labeled - the one under the kitchen (fridge/ice) is labeled "low point". Should I be using some foam to cover up around that tear from rodents or insects?

Mine already had foam sprayed around them. Did not pay attention to that in your pictures. So yes I would seal them up best you can.
