Miles RV really stepped up to the plate

Last year I noticed the rear wall on my Eagle HT start to delaminate. There was water leaking in around the clearance lights up top. I had owned my FW for 9 months and Jayco said there was only a 6 month warranty for the roof. Jayco denied my warranty claim. Miles RV in Hendersonville, NC stepped up and took care of my rear wall. I bought this camper from them and will be purchasing my future campers from them also.

Just thought some praise was due.

Thank you for posting that...

it's good to know that somebody out there can still understand the concept of "customer service"...

in case anyone needs it, and because you can't give too much kudos:

Just a note,
I tried....I mean really tried to buy a unit from them.
They were all about me taking a unit they had on the lot, that was not optioned the way we wanted. They wanted to charge almost $5K more on a 2016 Eagle to order what we wanted. Said special orders cost more.....
Ended up buying my unit from a different dealer as I could not see paying $5K more for the same thing....ended up saving $8K over the lowest price they would negotiate to.
I even offered to pay them $2-3K MORE than the deal I found at another dealer to save the headache of traveling to pick the unit up and to support my local dealer.....I was told it wasn't worth their time to sell me a unit at that price, and rudely told I was wasting their time and to leave....
As expected, they refused to service my unit as I did not buy from there....again told this very rudely.....
I have been making the 2 hour drive to Tennessee RV and they have been nothing but professional and great to work with, even though I didn't buy my unit from there, either. At the time, they did not carry the Eagle line from Jayco. I will definitely consider them if we buy another in the future.

Not to say the Original Poster didn't have a good experience, and I am glad they stepped up, just throwing this out there....I really wanted to buy from them as they were local, but I was treated like I was wasting their time buying a $45-$50K RV....not the most expensive, but certainly, not the least.
